Chloe Lundabolt

Chloe is certified as a Family Life Educator through the National Council on Family Relations and a Community Resource Specialist with an Aging and Disability focus through Inform USA (formerly the Alliance of Information and Referral Specialists). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Child, Youth, and Family Studies from Portland State University and is working towards a Master of Social Work at Aurora University.
Chloe has worked with children and families for over fifteen years, with experience spanning from prenatal and birth support as a labor doula to end of life issues. She takes a lifecourse perspective in her practice, helping individuals and families to build on existing skills so they are able to navigate future life changes. Having a special interest in transition periods, Chloe uses a strengths-based and person-centered approach to build resilience and confidence in those she serves.
