Chloe is certified as a Family Life Educator through the ​National Council on Family Relations and a Community ​Resource Specialist with an Aging and Disability focus ​through Inform USA (formerly the Alliance of ​Information and Referral Specialists). She holds a ​Bachelor of Science in Child, Youth, and Family Studies ​from Portland State University and is working towards a ​Master of Social Work at Aurora University.


Chloe has worked with children and families for over ​fifteen years, with experience spanning from prenatal ​and birth support as a labor doula to end of life issues. ​She takes a lifecourse perspective in her practice, ​helping individuals and families to build on existing ​skills so they are able to navigate future life changes. ​Having a special interest in transition periods, Chloe ​uses a strengths-based and person-centered approach ​to build resilience and confidence in those she serves.
